By: Luke PetersStevenage Start of Summertime Specials - Distance Alteration
Due to the need to move the location of the Great Hormead control, the short version of the Stevenage Start of Summertime Specials ride has had to be reclassified to a 60KM event. Anyone taking part in the CTC Tourist Competition or riding the event for Audax points will not notice any change to what they are awarded.

By: Luke PetersPaper Entries - Correct Postage Please
Just a reminder please that anyone entering any of our Audax events using paper entry forms ensure that they have included correct postage for their entry.
This often means 69p for second class (or a 2nd class large letter stamp) or 90p for first class (or a 1st class large letter stamp).
Underpaid postage drastically increases the cost of running the events.

By: Tina WalkerEmitremmus 2013 final posting done
All of the final envelope stuffing was done last night.
They will be posted in the Vicky Pendleton Gold post box!
Should you receive a brevet card that does not belong to you please return it to Jim Brown (mistakes do happen when processing over 300 cards and envelopes).
Many thanks to all who helped in anyway with the event. It cannot happen without loads of helpers. For example with 8 people it took 2 hours to stuff the envelopes!

By: Luke PetersStart of Summertime Specials - Online Entries
A decision has been made that entries for all editions of this years Stevenage Start of Summertime Specials will be available to be made online. The entry fee will have an additional £1 surcharge added to it to cover the cost of posting your brevet cards back to you after the event.
60KM entries can still be made by post if you wish by sending a completed entry form and payment to Luke Peters using the address at the bottom of the entry form. Similarly, 115KM and 210KM entries can still be made to Paul Boielle using the address also found at the bottom of the entry form.

By: Luke PetersStevenage Start of Summertime Specials
The Stevenage Start of Summertime Specials will be again, going ahead in 2014 with the traditional 3 distances on offer. There is a slight change in the location of one of the controls this year but there will be more information on that later.
Please be aware that the entry forms have been updated and are now available online. Entry forms and fees for the 210KM and 115KM editions should be passed to Paul Boielle; and forms and fees for the 62KM (distance TBC) should be passed to Luke Peters. Full contact details of the organisers are available on the forms.
Entry fees remain unchanged from 2013.
